Wheel bearings problem

Salam dear PWs.
I have mehran VX. Front wheel bearings are creating problem. 5 months ago i replaced Old worn out bearings with Nachi( made in Japan) after two and half months they started producing sound. Then i replaced with Nachi (Made in China) after two months they too started producing sound. Plz guide me what to do?
Which one bearings are best to use for long life?
Name the brand, price and tip to detect the original one. thanx

What is causing bearings to cause problems, go there and then back on it.

Are you replacing the bearings only?

You should also replace the thin bearing seal that is press fit into the back side of the hub where the CV axle joins it so that the new bearing is kept dry.

The lip of the seal should be given a coating of grease and both the seat and the axle groove should be clean of all rust to make them smooth.

If you are replacing both the bearings and the hub bearing seal, then the installation is not correct. The bearing seal is easily damaged if not installed carefully and will not be able to prevent water intrusion.

i second that,
the most common procedure of installing the bearings locally is with a hammer. this procedure can never guarantee equal and constant inserting pressure. the right way is with a hydraulic press. so try to get them installed from a machine shop where they have a press, and with new seals plus taking the precautions mentioned in the previous post.

2 months ago when i got replaced bearing, it was manually done by mechanic (by hammering) He did the same, remove the seal and fill the bearing and hub with grease,
Now mechanic say to purchase NO 1 Quality japani bearing like KOYO Rs: 390/pc
or NACHI Rs: 310/pc
Now plz guide me what to do for better job done which give longer lasting result

Buy origional 2RS bearing of NTN japan whome 2RS means rubber seal covering tha steel balls from both sides of a bearing ,try not to buy 2ZZ or ZZ which are of steel covering.

never let your mechanic pull out the bearing's seal.
These illiterate mechanics dont know that company has put its own branded lubricant before sealing the bearings which last for far more than locally added grease and to avoid harming the bearing's origional seal consiquently avoiding water droplets ruining the steel balls.
Koyo is also a good brand,NSK japan is another brand,MBS japan is still another, go to some honest repu shop.

Any bearing , no matter japani or desi, will not die out in just two months until & unless there is some fault in the installation (as seniors said in the previous posts).
After you get a new set of bearings , Check the following.
1. New axle seal.
2. there is a metal separator (tube) between the two bearings , check and sync it with the hub if there is any difference.
3. bearings should not be loose or too tight in the hub.
4. Check wheel camber (alignment).
5. axle nut (should be properly torqued not over torqued)

There are tooooo many counterfeits in the market, cant say that you can get what you paid for.

i got changed bearing last day, there was no any drop of water in the hub, it was filled with grease, It was fitting problem, mechanic did roughly last time,
Now i bout original Japanies KOYO bearing 410/pc 1640 for 4 bearings, i also replaced hub seals 70/2 pc.
Rs:160 for Kharadia and 300 Mazdoori,
I dont think , bearings sounds because of rain or water, it faulty bearing,fitting problem or hub allignment problem.
Water cant enter to bearing position. am i right???? plz comment
