PeroDua AvVay?? That's a Perodua Kenari (Canary the bird).

Not all Daihatsu are called Perodua here. However, since Daihatsu own 51% of Perodua, all the model of th elatter are based on Daihatsu's previous/existing model.

Since Toyota now adays owns Daihatsu, the Toyota Avanza is assembled by Perodua plant locally.

Local engineers have also participated in the R&D of daihatsu model - the new Daihatsu Passo/Boon (Toyota Sirion), which is re-badged as Perodua Myvi in Malaysia.
