When to shift gear in cb 125F Honda?

Guys, I need a serious suggestion. I have never driven 125 before. In cd70, shifting gear is easy at low rpm to get out max fuel efficiency. But in 125, the gear lever gets hard and is not able to shift to a higher gear at low rpm / low speed. Also Anyone please guide me, at which RPM should I shift the gear for a smooth ride and effective fuel efficiency?

Gear lever should not get hard, if it is getting hard then it needs to be checked. 125F is not some high rpms machine you can upshift like other bikes you have ridden before.

On after cg 125 2018 or later bikes (new models) there is an interest update which called Clutchless shifting as older models like 2018 is able to downgear without clutch at the right rpms but up gearing is a serious risk without using clutch but in the new models n such like 2021 n later upgearing is normal at the right rpms even without clutch.. It's called clutch less shifting which is available in modern bikes nowadays..
For it when I first bought cg 125 2021 I thought it can't be that the shifter is glitchy but when I was outgear pushing my bike to near restaurants with my foot on the clutch pedal it directly shifted to the first gear so I understand it directly..

So it ain't like the gear lever is hard but it's the CDI don't allow u to shift even if u used clutch cuz the Rev isn't at idle rates compared to the shifting rates which means there are two ways one of them is non efficient if u just Rev in order to shift n other part of it which is to Rev just as less as enough that CDI trust u the shift but it could need serious experience to shift with/out clutch as well would be much healthy for both the rider n the bike (note:only in order to clutch less shift the gears u'll need to understand the revs for this people are having licenseses out country! Cuz they wanna ride.. ).
Other way is just as simple as it is which is ride ur bike like any bike u ride before but when up shifting gears don't use ur upfoot as u do usual but use ur downfoot (wholefoot) like some loaders riders do.. Cuz in condition which u try to use ur upfoot which is previously attached to the lever, there is a wight load on lever so the CDI won't allow to shift and block shifting for safety reason like mis shifting or Cluchless shifting but when u use ur foot bottom like it's mid directly (or simply attaching the foot to the up lever part only when shifting) the CDI won't block the lever as the foot mass ratios aren't compatible n it which will shift the gear and adjust the missing Rev by itself!!
Beleive it or not yeah is will adjust the the missing Rev by itself if u were driving efficiently!!
(Note: shifting gears from upto 3.5 rpm is effecient in cg 125 as its rpm goes more higher than 70 bikes 11hp vs 5.xhp)

As well using reserve always will help u with fuel n won't affect notable permormace.. So, u can always use reserve n make sure to clear fuel gaje filter whenever u clean air filter n closing the carb cage when u won't use ur bike for long days..
(euro filters aren't cleanable advised, it's just been changed with spark plug every 8000km ride)

If clutching is hard during the ride, than chances are that your bike may need some mechanical check-up.
