Where can i get prado 2006 prado key

no they dnt have any setup for key ............even toyota capital dnt have any option.....guys plz guide me wat can i do to get new key........

so my key guy wasnt exagerating when he said 45,000 for my bimmer e36.

can some one explain how this key is programmed. where the hell is the chip located in the key??
