Where from i can find the procedure for verifyng Auction Sheet

On Pak Wheels website there is a link for verifying auction sheet but the procedure is not given.

1. Account no or Easy Paisa account? once payment is made how sheet will be shared with us? any form that we can fill to give all these details?

You first need to enter Chassis No. Of your ride. If it gives positive ID and the no. Is found in their system, you can get verified auction sheet of your ride directly to your email address.

If you are facing any issues, you can directly contact Pakwheels via their email address and contact no. Mentioned under "Contact us" tab on the main Pakwheels website.

Thanks for a detailed reply. When i enter the Chassis No. It says record not found. What could be possible reasons.

This means that the auction sheet is not available. There could be multiple reasons; however, take it as a negative and do not consider the car if it is priced in the same range as verified auction sheet cars. If you're getting it cheap, you can consider it.

I already purchased the car. Is there any other way i cant get its auction sheet from any resource?. It is Islamabad registered. Can Islamabad office provide this document & other documents that are normally available at the time of import?

Just to clear this misconception, excise has nothing to do with auction sheet/nor will they have it. Its just a report of the report at the time of its auction/export. Please stop worrying about this now that you have bought the car and enjoy the ride...
Also since you have not stated the model of the car, if its not a recent import, the auction report might not even exist now.

It does not always mean that your car had an accident or so. But of course, it is better to be safe. Cars that are self imported from private sellers without any auction don't generally have auction sheets (or auction sheets without grading or information), but similar is the case with cars sold by places such as Tao, which often sell damaged cars.

Almost 70% cars don’t have auction sheets. Don’t worry at all.
My car didn’t had an auction sheet but i got it inspected completely from Pakwheels and my local mechanic too, the car was 100% genuine and was as described.
Yes having an auction sheet is a plus point. But auction sheet provides car’s information till the time it was auctioned. But lots of cars gets damaged while shipping, in the boat with water etc. Some gets damaged while delivering within the country from port etc. But when you look at auction sheet of such cars, it won’t have the damage history while shipping.
So auction sheet is not an authentic report. But yes, having an auction sheet should be a preferred choice.
Moreover if you think/feel/want to satisfy yourself, that if your purchase is genuine or not, then call Pakwheels inspection service and get your car inspected by some professionals.
You can also prefer a local mechanic if you a reliable one (usually they don’t know anything about Japanese cars).

they have standard practice to send cars out of japan.

They might have standard practice, but a lot of dealers buy junk or water flooded cars at cheap prices and import to Pakistan.

Yes, that is true local Mechanics don't have knowledge of imported cars.

We can’t say anything about natural disasters. They can happen anywhere anytime and they happen many times.
Standard shipping methods are there but anything can happen.
Not most of the times, but sometimes.
