If I am not wrong, then in Rawalpindi, the holiday is observed on Friday, and not on Sunday. In Islamabad, the holiday is observed on Sunday.
Secondly, Murree Road can be visited for buying / selling cars, however, I would suggest you to go for Pakwheels, and / or OLX, if you want to sell your car. You will get serious buyers, and with reasonable offers, depending on condition of car. In bazars, you will not get seious buyers / good offers IMO.
