Where to buy a good quality LPG cylinder?

I need to buy a good quality LPG Cylinder. Need a small one that is appropriate for camping. However, the only ones that are available in this size are of very low quality. Can someone suggest me a place from where I can get a small LPG cylinder that is manufactured according to LPG safety and quality specifications.

Metro doesn't have it. Hyperstar has imported propane cylinders about the size of a large mug but these are too tiny to be practical and they can't be refilled.

I found this 3-Star Gas Appliances - Products Range > L. P. G. Cylinders

They claim to make OGRA approved LPG cylinders and they have quite a good variety. But they are based in Gujranwala. I'll have to call them up and see if they are available in Lahore.
