Yes the pk market do not appreciate a reliable quality product, as quality comes with price which consumers most often not pick, hence the retailers stock cheap ones that sell fast.
I bought 2 Panasonic Japanese origin rechargable battery operated trimmers a decade ago (in 2012) and they are working as new till today (2022). Even the battery life has not depleted. Yes they appeared expensive at the time of buying but their service has out paid their price.
To get them, try someone coming from abroad, give them your required models.
