pure honey means , little bees creat honey after sucking natural flower juices , the farm made honey is not fully naturally pure coz the bigger size farm bees can made honey by sucking any sweet thing like Gurh, sugar etc etc.

agreed ,
i also collect from garden a small amount of pure honey , its still in geniune color and shape (still thinner)after one and half year. the farm made honey get changed its color after few month.

I have purchased a bottle of honey of a very well known brand "YOUNG'S".
After a month or so honey has change its shape. ie from liquid to solid. now honey is like grains of sugar. The expiry date is September 2012. Following pictures unveiled their 100% pure honey statement .

i was not expecting this from compnay like Young's.

No Ali bhai, pure honey would never ever solidify/crystallize when refrigerated..

why dont you guys buy that imported honey available in supermarkets such as Langnese, BillyBee etc., instead of getting duped by those local swindlers..? they cost a bit more but one can be sure that they're getting pure stuff..

yes langnese honey is good, it has some additive that dont let it crystalize, for your maal's good health take a spoonful of Honey my bro BUT one should always keep in check the Blood Sugar levels !

If sugar levels are at the border lines then decrease your intake of sugar and if your sugar level is below 100 like in 70s and 80s you should increase your intake.

And remember just a Single test is not enough, get atleast 2 tests done, 1 while fasting and 1 in Random.

If you dont have any machine at home then you may get it done by any laboratory, just tell them to use a Disposable syringe, double check its packing yourself !

I dont take any less than 3 teaspoons full of sugar in any of my drinks or breakfast meals etc..!!

I dont like tea, but sometimes (that too sometimes) when I want to have a cup of coffee, 3 is the benchmark of performance...
