saeed brothers and possibly hafiz electronics in shaheen market (first market on left if u enter from gawalmandi side) might have him. i got a few from saeed brothers a couple of months ago. also there is a shop towards the end on same side in front of hussain electronics somewhere that carries these. i dont remember the name of the shop but i do remember he had a shelf with about a million drawers full of resistors and capacitors and what not.
if u will be satisfied with these without the tubing then also try sadaat electronics on college road. u can get the heat shrink in any dia from a shop in the same plaza as hussain electronics.
even a visit to ur nearest motorcycle accessories shop might turn out helpful cos they do carry some of the items u require.

sir u have no idea how difficult if was to explain to the shopkeepers here what i was looking for the first time i was buying these. they kept pulling out different things and only when i pointed at the guts of a circuit board to show what i was looking for, only then the guy cried "ahh yeh thimble hain" and pulled em out.
