PAF Tarnol I know alot about it so for whoever in doubt should visit and check rates. Compare these after 5 months.
I can say this bcoz I am very close to in charge of this society and they haven't sold the commercial plots yet and I know 2 top schools running after them for land for schools.
This society comes with Water/Gas/Electercity all ready. Its at a prime location you just enter motorway to peshawar from isb and exit from tarnol and you have the society in front of exit. From F6 ISB its a 30 KM drive. Plus when Kashmir Highway completed and a Road for Airport will be given this is 1 KM from Airport.
Now lets discus the people i referred here and bought plots and what they are getting. An uncle from Multan bought a plot here for 17 Lacs like 9 months ago its a 10 Marla one and now he got an offer of 25 Lacs the location is very nice and its near the main entrance.
A contractor of my Father bought a plot in the same society around same time for 14 Lacs. He is getting 22.
My friend bought one corner plot 1 month ago or 19 and he got 24 offer.
BTW goto the society and ask the house rent in the 100 Built houses
One portion now a days costs 40 thousand in that area yes 40 and its more expensive than Bahria. Recently a full house was rented for 80 thousand Rs.
Investment point of view this is the prime thing as far as i know. Airport runway's are complete and the day it open see the plot prices and house rents.
I am not a property dealer and couldn't buy a plot in this society due to my financial issues but i am giving you my honest opinion and Air Force don't need any advertisement if they are managing it they proper Army guards in their.
Only 2 Fizaia Colonies in pindi/isb other is on expressway and now a days a 1 Kanal plot their costs 2 Crore. I know some very top people livin their in the Exp Way Fizaia. One Example is Mir Zafar Ullah Khan Jamali.
One more thing I want to add DHA was very interested in acquiring PAF tarnol From PAF (You may confirm this from DHA) but this negotiation continued for like 2 years and due to this the Development also slowed down. DHA Wanted the members of the socieity to be charged more development charges and some other issues on which PAF didnt agree so in the end this chapter was closed. Now its totaly run/Develop by Airforce.
I also asked that close contact where will Airforce get more money to develop this society that is still not 100% develop (People are still living due to all facilities available) he told me the commercial area's are still not sold. And they are expecting some very big money (close to 1 BN) when these will be sold.
