like he sayd....more or less, they all work the same if used with care and caution.
never let the technician short out its terminals to 'check' if its gud or not.
keep the water level in check, never put anything but distilled water in it.
never let it discharge more than 50%...let alone fully, plain old lead-acid batteries aren't designed for it.
keep the charging system in check, make sure it dont charge over ~ 14.5v, we dont want to fry it.
heat will always be a lead-acid battery's big-time killer.
just make sure u get a new battery and not a recycled one.
