I've had an immaculate experience with Honda Deluxe. Based on my experience, and given the superior after sale service, as well as better handling and pick, I'd definitely recommend the Honda.
If you're comparing it against a Ravi, then I'm sure you're not looking for resale. Even if u consider resale, deluxe will perhaps be poor otherwise but better when compared to the Piaggio.
I've taken it long distances and it's quite a smooth ride even with a pillion rider much better than others in the 125 category.
