Baleno and liana which car is best for Good mileage and low maintenance cost for family ?
Any....if found with good engine health....preferably driven on petrol only

Baleno is a good car. Liana is better as it has ABS and the interior looks a lot more newer.

If you can find one in good condition, then yes. Try not to get one with factory fitted CNG (or aftermarket) as owners claim that it ruins the engine. If you can't get a good condition Liana, then get a Baleno.
without CNG would be better choice ? or Company fitted is fine ?
Try to buy one without CNG.
i have Liana and Baleno both. personally i love baleno. Liana is a fragile car - this is my experience after 6+ years of ownership and running it on good+bad roads inside city only. my vote for Baleno

Mechanics said liana suspention very costly as compare to baleno its true ??
Part prices for all cars are more or less same even if you compare with cultus too. Nothing beats the maza of owning a good condition Baleno. Liana i do not recommend to anyone now.

Baleno and cultus efi are 'made for cng' (it feels like). My Baleno just starts on petrol otherwise i never even switch it to petrol as it gives so excellent mileage on cng Inside congested karachi traffic. Excellent pick and engine response on cng
