Which car (sedan) to buy in budget of 16 lacs

I want to buy a sedan within the budget of 16 lacs. My options under consideration are Honda city 2009 or above & Toyota corolla 2009 or above. Plz suggest which one among these is more reliable in terms of fuel economy, comfort & spare parts availability.

Thanks bro, your valuable suggestion has made the choice quite easy for me in favor of honda city but the only concern for me is honda city's ground clearance, is it ok for Pakistani roads?

In terms of ground clearance, Honda City's ground clearance is almost as good as Toyota Corolla, so I think you don't have to worry about that among your choices.
