Chevrolet Exclusive / Joy itself was a decent car at the time of its launch but as of today, since there is issue of parts availability you must not go for it. Plus you won't find a well maintained Chevrolet today. I would recommend you to include mehran, cuore or alto in your options. You can find a better car out of these options.

Yes it is a good car provided properly maintained coz if you go for one that needs major maintenance work than availability of parts will be an issue
Within 400k whatever car you find of your choice for sure will be old and even any old model Suzuki excluding Mehran will also be having parts issue
