I bought a 2005 model E200 in 2012 with 100,000 km, so a 7 years old car. In 5 months that I kept it, so many things malfunctioned that I can't even remember all of them. The repairs costed about 400,000 rs in 5 months timespan. It was a Shahnawaz maintained car.
Dollar was around 90 rs back then, so now those repairs would cost 800,000 rs.
With 95,000 rs income, buying an old German car would turn your life into a nightmare. You won't be able it sell it, as they are very hard to sell, and you won't have the money to repair it. So it will be sitting in garage collecting dust.
I also bought a brand new Audi A4 in 2009, kept it for two years. Its auto rear blind started malfunctioning, and its fuel pump failed which Audi declined to replace under warranty citing "bad fuel". I only used high-octane from PSO and Total. Costed 60,000 rs to replace back then when dollar was 80 rs.
So in conclusion, regardless of how a German car is maintained, it will need high maintainence. And you must be ready for it before buying the car.
