Which car should I get in 20-22 Lac PKR?

Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a car in 2018-2023 make, and my budget is 20-22 lac. I have a few options like Suzuki Wagon R VXL, Cultus VXL in used cars. On the other hand if I want to go for a new car, I'm seeing options like Prince Pearl mt.
.My main concern is comfort and interior, a car which can go smooth on rough and bumpy surface, and has a good enough interior as I need it for family.
.I'm also confused between Wagon R and Cultus as they both have almost the same specs but their rear suspension is different. Which one of them would provide more comfort?
.Which car should I go for? Do I have any other options that can be good value for money in this budget?

Go for the better condition one from Wagon R or Cultus. Both these are almost the same and okay but no prince pearl.

Alto vxr .. u can get almost brand new

For rough roads, I have observed Wagon R to be very tough. It's a suzuki though and will rust if not taken care of. Wagon R is very commonly used for ubers as it has a very spacious interior and good power. Find a good condition one with service history and watch all under tyre panels for signs of rust. This car will be okay for motorways too. the only downside is the Wagon shape/high roof.

The new shape cultus. Get what's available newest model and less used in your budget. I guess you might get a 2017 2018 vxr in your budget in good nick. Have kept a wagon r 0 meter for 30k km and drove a 2019 cultus vxl for 500km, cultus is better.
