Which car to buy in the budget of PKR 6 million

Hello Everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I am looking forward to buying a car with in the budget of PKR 60 lac. I have 5 conditions that need to be filfulled:
1) Car should be brand new or almost new (driven not more than 10k kms)
2) Should have good milage with in city (above 13-14 kmpl)
3) Should be spacious enough for atleast 5 to travel to Islamabad (I live in lahore)
4) Engine: 1000 cc and above
5) Good resale value because I'll probably change the car after 1-2 years to a sedan (Elantra/ Grande etc.)

I cannot buy any car 1500 cc and above. I would love to buy a hybrid japanese car (aqua or e-note) but I cannot find one in good enough condition, all of them are too shabby.

The options I am left with are (in order of my personal preference):
1) Kia Stonic EX+ (slightly used)
2) Suzuki Swift GLX CVT (zero metre)
3) Honda City Aspire 1.5 (slightly used)
4) Toyota Yaris 1.5 Ativ
5) Toyota Yaris Hatchback (Japanese)
6) Toyota Raize/ Diahatsu Rocky (Japanese)

Which car do you guys think I should buy out of them? Feel free to mention any other option that is better than them. I am hesitant on buying japanese options mentioned kiun ke woh speed breakers pe lagti hain hamesha. I would personally prefer a car that offers a lot of features (that Kia Stonic fulfills).
Please suggest me an option viable for me keeping in mind the afore-mentioned conditions.

Add Elantra to your list.

You should be able to find one in your range 2022 under 25,000 km driven.

If 1500cc is your limit then City/Yaris brand new sounds like an ideal choice.

How ever if you want to save 8 to 10 lacs you can go for a slight used 2022/2023 model car.

Bhai jaan Elantra is indeed a great option but its top of the line variant is 2000 cc, which won't be very economical for me in terms of fuel economy. As far as its base variant is concerned, it doesn't have a lot of features that kia stonic offers. Would love to know your car of choice baring in mind the conditions mentioned in the post! Ok great! Can you please let me know why you are preferring these over stonic? Trunk space is not that much of a concern in my case.

Stonic doesn't seems rightly priced.

Don't look for validations. If you like Stonic go for it.

Also, Elantra offers one of the best fuel averages in its class also better then 1.5 City and Yaris.

Hahahaha I'm definitely not someone who seeks validation. I was comparing them features wise and found it to be leading in that regard. Anyway, thank you for your opinion! Jizak'Allah

With your condition of good mileage within city of above 13-14, only and only Swift GLX CVT fits this.

However it does NOT fit 5 people specially on long journeys.

If you want a balance of space and mileage, go for either Honda City or Yaris.

Otherwise try to find a Grande in good condition I’m not sure the price these days for 20-25k driven which is as good as brand new.

Stonic has absolutely no market and will be a nightmare to sell.

Why don’t you get an Elantra directly. It meets all your criteria already

1) can get 1.6 Elantra new for around 6.3 or a used 2.0 maybe around 6.5ish
2)good mileage. I know the 2.0 gives around 12-13 in city or more.
3)spacious enough for 5 people
4)engine is above 1000cc
5) you already have upgraded to Elantra

Elantra giving 12-13 is only possible on least congested roads or where you’re able to maintain speed with minimal braking.

Where Elantra gives 12 then Grande will give 13 as it’s better in fuel economy.

In typical city conditions with lots of braking only Swift GLX can achieve above 13.

What I remember is that

Yaris/City 13-14
Civic 11-13
Elantra 2.0 same as civic
Grande/Sonata same average and below the above cars

I have 2 close friends that kept yaris 1.5 ativ for a year or more. Both of them complained that when they calculate their fuel economy manually (dividing km by litres), its gives them a figure of around 11 kmpl when on the info cluster a value of 14 is being shown. As far as city aspire 1.5 is concerned, another reliable source told me that it doesn't do more than 11 kmpl either with in city. I've come to believe that even yaris and city aren't as fuel efficient either.

Dude I am a recent graduate and my abba jee is willing to spend this much amount, but doesn't want me to buy a "Vaddi Gaddi". Elantra 1.6 will be considered a "Vaddi Gaddi" by him. So, I can't buy it right now but in a couple of years when its time for me to get married, I'm pretty sure would agree on Elantra GLS 2.0. Bottom line, i just can't buy it right now.

Then buy New City Aspire 1.5 CVT (5.9 million PKR Ex-Factory). Incase you want to go for a used Aspire 1.5 CVT i would instead recommend going for a New City 1.5 AT (Non-aspire) for 5.5m and getting optional adons for multimedia etc
