Which car to purchase within 10 Lak

I am looking to purchase a new Car within the budget on 10 Lakh. My daily travelling is around 40 KM's Looking for economical and comfortable family car.

There isnno new car under 10 lacs. For newer...gonwith Cultus...no other option actually

Extend your budget by around 350,000 and buy a Prius, Civic or a Corolla... Or maybe a brand new WagonR?

Well... What can I say? I had suggested it keeping in mind his budget limitations, and to me, Cultus does not seem bad.

Either a 7/8th Gen Civic with manual transmission (never get a used prosmatec)

Or a 9th gen Altis/SE Saloon with auto transmission.

They are modern sedans with fairly planted suspension, and they are economical in the long run compared to a Suzuki hatchback, or even an old City. Fuel economy is not the only factor to look for in an economical car.

New Car in 10 Lakh budget - only option new Suzuki Alto Manual . It would be economical yes but i am not sure if it will be comfortable as family car.

Better to go for used car options in following priorities
Honda City 2008/2009 (Last Generation) non-accidental
Suzuki Wagon R 2015+
Toyota Vitz (2nd Generation)
