the thing is that we dont have much options to select from local cars. if you dont want to opt for japanees cars then rest are only toyota xli, honda city, and suzuki liana.i would suggest you to but 1000cc car in this budget.
Then the only option you are left with is Toyota XLI/GLI. You will get a 2005-06 corolla in your limited range. And dont expect it to be in pristine condition bcz all the corollas of this age are already abused by our Rent A Car owners & Taxi drivers.On the other hand, you can easliy get 2007-08 City with decent condition in your range.
you have restricted your options immensely by striking out city and japanese cars. corollas and lianas are your only options. I would advocate for a City as the most reasonable choice.
