I wish to buy Cultus 2008 VXLi ... suggest me if I can have one in the budget of 6 Lac rupees ??

The rule for buying a used car is, buy whichever you are getting in good condition. However, i would also suggest a VXLi if you can get a good one in your budget, the lack of power steering in VXRi is a big irritation in the long run!!

But the hydraulic power steering can also be a big headache. I would suggest to inspect both and choose whichever is in better condition.

I agree with you...actually I was using Mira 2006, having power steering, power windows and power mirrors... so it is difficult for me to not having these options in new car...

can i get vxli in this budget ??? ... cz if i search on pakwheels ... people are asking very high prices ...

given that there is not much difference in the model year for both cars so
- 1st priority should be to get the best condition car.
- 2nd priority should be to get the VXL in that good condition

Maybe in Karachi, but in Lahore, it is quite difficult to get a good Cultus EFI in this budget.
Used cars demand has skyrocketed : (
Well, even if you get a clean good VXRi, power steering can be installed in it as well for pkr 12-14 thousands (if it makes you feel a little better : ) )

VXL came with hydraulic power steering which is a high maintenance item. If the previous owner did not do preventive maintenance on it, it is bound to be in bad condition. HPS is not necessarily a bad thing, but being old cars your priority should be to find a clean one in good condition so that later you can save yourself from breakdowns.
