A thin engine oil such as 10W-40 or 20W-40 will work beautifully well. The basic idea is, the thinner the oil will be, the easier (and quicker) it will be for it to get upto optimum temperature, which will work in a colder environment.
Liquimoly's 10W-40 is available, so you can try that. But its expensive (Rs.900 something per litter bottle), so there's that as well.
