Which hill station to visit in december?

i want to plan a trip toward the north arenas i don't know which arenas
are open by road so please give me advice and tell me which hill

my winter choice destination is Gilgit Biltistan, and adjoining areas. though 2015 was my last trip there. Since then the time & deteriorating economic activity is taking away vacation break span terribly.

well bro in december u can visit almost every area in GB even.. skardu and gilgit and hunza are assesible .... depends on the time u have
