I want to buy a car under 10 lac budget. but confused which one is best from these models.

My friend still had an SE Saloon, he installed CNG in it and travelled to Chakwal from Karachi. I have driven the car myself its a good car and can take lots of abuse that Pakistani roads can give to her. The suspension's great and the ride's comfortable too. Overall a very rugged car. Per mushkil hai sambhli hui dhondna. Also consider 2007 altis 1.8 if you don't mind 9KM/L average, they usually have less kms on the odometer.
I can't say the same about the civic, uske nakhre zada hai.

Ive used se saloon for 5 years.had an amazing experience better fuel economy than civic also better at saving your money as compare to civic.overall a better car

SE Saloon will give you 10km/l maximum in city with a light foot. Average wise teeno gaari similar hai aur koi b 'economical' nai hai.

I have Altis 1.8 it gives me 8.5 in city and around 12 on highway. Shashkay civic may zada hain aur 10 lac may aap ko civic buhat achi halat may mil jaey gee top of the line

depend on your nature of environment (city smooth road vs small town/rural areas rough roads).
In city, both will be equal, but civic will take hard beating on rough roads. Parts wise honda is more expensive than toyota. Mechanic wise, more support for corolla exists as it is the choice car for smaller towns etc. Again, in city the difference is negligible.
