Which is better changing the engine or repair the engine?

Hi,
I have City 2012 manual car. Getting a problem of white smoke and fuel burn. Mileage is over 1lac km.
I am confused either to change the engine or repair the same. Also chamber of my car is broken too.
Please suggest what to do.
And also please advice how can I buy another engine if you guys suggest to go towards changing it. What things needs to be keep in mind when buying it.

Engine assembly change is better in your case. But get it swapped from renowned person who gives compression test warranty. Where are you from?

Perform compression test of all cylinders before doing anything.As 1 lac is not much for a honda engine

clean chamber can be purchased from scrapyard a very common item,. A damaged chamber can also be repaired with surgical precision by professional silencer shop.

white smoke & high fuel consumption.
compression test can determine way forward. head job (valves valve seats) may resolve the issue.

rebuilding with new parts shall be 1st choice, PKDM Honda new rebuild parts are available across Pakistan.
