Salam
I have a friend who just recently bought an Oshan X7. His younger brother has a Jolion. I have driven both vehicles extensively and here is my few cents.
Oshan X7 is very torqy and an absolute pleasure to drive. I am talking about the FutureSense version which is a 5 seater (the 7 seater version called comfort comes with the same engine but a lot less features). It has decent features but I will tell you about the things that I miss. There is no grab handle for the front passenger and honestly I realized the need for it when I was sitting next to my friend and he was throwing the car around. The steering is only tilt adjustable. There are no blind spot monitors and the back and side cameras are not that good. The infotainment system is rather small for the size of the car and it does not come with wireless charging. There is no autodiming rearview mirror. The interior is white and is prone to getting stain and dust marks easily. But the seats are ventilated and heated and adaptive cruise control works flawlessly. Both front seats are power adjustable. The car seems very planted even on high speeds (I took it to 186 without any issues) and the engine is very responsive. 0-100 km/hr time is around 8 secs. X7 also has more ground clearance and a bigger boot. Changan gives extended warranty on engine and gearbox and I have written about the 1k service inspection experience in the Oshan X7 fanclub thread. Headlamp throw is pretty much the same in both vehicles. You get nice cutoff and headlight adjusters. Both have auto headlights. Jolion probably has rain sensing wipers as well. Both have rear wipers but Jolion also has a washer while x7 doesn't have that.
They have just recently decreased the price by 400k and the new price is around 8.46 million.
Jolion on the other hand has more features like lane keep assist, speed limit monitoring, headup display. Jolion also has a better infotainment screen. The cameras that come with the car are HD cams and 360 camera is a lot better than X7. The Blindspot monitor works wonderfully well. But the tailgate is not poweroperated like the X7. It also has less bhp and torque. The brakes are just too sensitive and the auto hold makes one a bit nervous as the car moves abruptly and not gently like the Oshan once the gas padel is pressed.
The AC performance in both vehicle is good. Jolion has duel zone auto adjustable climate control while X7 has single zone auto temperature adjusting climate control. The Jolion comes with wireless charging and Apple car play and android auto. X7 does not have that but simple phone mirroring app is available. Both brothers drive their vehicles on regular fuel. The Oshan is giving 10km/l at the moment but that will improve with time as the car gets more milage. In sports mode it comes down to 7 but the sports mode on Oshan is actually beast mode. The Jolion on the other hand gives 11-12 km/l in comfort mode. The sports mode is quite good as well and average drops to around 10/l. Oshan has better ride quality compared to Jolion but that is a bit subjective I guess.
I would take the Oshan because of the engine response and torque. In my view it is even better than civic RS.
A friend of mine has MG HS and I can tell you one thing for sure that the AC performance is poor. Infotainment system has plenty of features (same as Jolion) but it is laggy. It also needs high-octane.
If you are considering a crossover in the 8.0 million bracket then I totally recommend X7 and Jolion.
