whats up with this rude reply !!! all i was doing is sharing some good information about why and how a rotary engine is powerful and comparable to a piston engine .

rotary engines were and still are superior to piston engines thats why the FIAA put a ban on rotary engines to be used in their competition racing

the only thing is that my love for rotary engines is so much that i try to defend it with my soul , cause of the myth that is created in pakistan about rotary engines as a unreliable and disposable engines.

i try to educate people that what a rotary engine is and how it should be taken care of , note: (iam still learning every day about rotary engines )

Its dosent matter which is the fastest , and i believe it would be the difference of inches or just seconds between all these cars,

I always prefer build quality / engine quality and drive pleasure of the car, which makes , Honda City the winner of all your mentioned vehicles. Anyway corolla might be good but in Altis versions only.

If you ever owned a baleno or tried , u might feel is very fast, but its has the poorest interior/engine build quality and its a pain for the owner always. So it never matters which is fastest depends on the driver sometimes too.

Now swift for sure....it goes frm 0-100km/h in 10 secs whereas City ivtec goes frm 0-100km/h in 11 secs....however still its the game of drivers...swift got the edge of its relatively lighter body though

a bit old thread but... if new swift goes from 0-100 in 10 secs.. thts not really fast.. lancer 1.3 also does the same besides, city is not made for speed,, its engine is for economy

and abhi tak just took my lancer to 150kmh in karachi.. culd hav gone a bit faster..
