@Shurjeel You can't say which car is fastest by comparing their specs, its what they do on the track that matters, and the CCX hasn't broken the CCR's record yet...

bugatti is not a concept , its already made, it came on topgear as well. search for it on wikipedia and wikipedia says "The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the most powerful, most expensive, and fastest street-legal production car in the world, with a proven top speed of over 400 km/h (407km/h or 253mph). It reached full production in September 2005."
