I'm a Suzuki Alto owner and im planning to upgrade my secondary car (Alto), however previously i had the option of Kia Picanto but im not satisfied with its fuel average, people who work in the dealership business and have strong knowledge about Japanese cars, suggest me a car which i can get under 35 lacs and is the best in this price bracket, also tell me how can i know the Japanese car im buying is not meter reversed, accidental, or changed from any point illegally?
