I have a budget of 50 Lakh PKR. I want a performance car. The following german cars i have shortlisted:

Mercedes E200 2007
1.8L I4 181 HP

Mercedes C200 2008
1.8L I4 181 HP

BMW 750 Li 2006
4.8L V8 362 HP

BMW 530 2005
3.0L I6 228 HP

I would suggest C200, preferably AMG package even though it doesn't make any major difference but good to have those paddle shifters since you are going for performance.

My suggestion is purely based on availability of parts and number of C180-200's in Pakistan, implying quick fix to major/minor problems (which will arise from time to time regardless of care but by resolving them timely you can avoid money pit conundrum).

In general I would prefer Merc over BMW. BMW's are fun but usually break down more often than Merc. Moreover, you'll find more and better mechanics for Merc than those of BMW.
