Which Oil Grade should I use for New R20 Head on Civic 07?

I've recently changed my Head Assembly to R20 ( 2000 CC ) and the assembly was very less used.

I wanted to ask which Oil Grade should I use from now on since we can assume the Engine as Brand New.

The assembly is installed in Honda Civic 2007 Oriel Prosmatic.

Yea, only assembly was swapped.

You need to change ECU as well
