Which phase in Defence Karachi is better

Dear All,

I want to buy 3 Bed Room Flat in Defence Karachi, please suggest me which phase is good in terms living ; calm , no rush; easy access to schools; shopping mall; security and safety wise. Iam outsider of Karachi, planning to stay after 5-6 years with family in Karachi. If I will purchase a flat, keep it for 5-6 years . Please suggest me, I don’t want to loose my saving. What will be range of price.

Creek Vista DHA Phase 8 are currently the best apartments available, a 3 bed would be for around 6cr while a 4 bed would be for around 7cr all the major schools are nearby, Nueplex is right accross and it has a Mart right next door along with fuel station.

It checks all your requirements apart form Shopping Mall (well technically Nueplex does have few brand stores) and the nearest would be Dolmen Mall which would be around ten minutes drive via Khy-e-Itehad and main Seaview Road.
