The newer the better, basically any that is maintained and in good condition, in the used car market, condition matters more than age

Check for major accidents, the body should be straight and smooth, no dinks of any sort, and should be mechanically sound, should not produce any excess noise
Basically i would suggest you to buy a 2009 or 2010 cultus VXLI,it has a chilled ac,efi engine,power windows,and power steering,its better than the 2013 and above models becuz it has more feautures
