I will suggest you to go for Dunlop Eco, for these small cars even ave crack on road counts. Dunlop are soft and will give comfortable drive.

Best are stock tyres however if you want to change thn try to get 145.80.R13 Yokohama or continental mecheline

Best replacement size for Wagon R is 165/70-13.
Get Ecos, Nankang or bridgestone tires.
