Which tyre is best for toyota vitz 2009

hello everyone. i have a toyota vitz 2009 model. using since 3 months. i have notice some noise and vibration in my car. i m using 215/45/17 tyres which is low profile. someone told me that these tyres will damage ur suspension..
can some one plzz give me advice with details . which tyre is best for my vitz..
i m facing low pick up issue..

I do also have Toyota vitz 2009 and recently changed tyre of my car of size 185/65-R14.

OEM Size is 165/70-R14

Ideal Up size tyre of Toyota Vitz is

14:
185/65-R14 (This is ideal size in 14 inch)

15:
185/60-R15 (This is ideal size in 15 inch but it is hard to find this size)

185/65-R15 (I don't recommended that size as it is slightly bigger size and is above 3% difference on the other hand it will improve your ground clearance of your car).

Note: My suggestion is 185/65-R14 (if ground clearance is not your concern. This size don't damage your suspension and don't harm pickup)

stick to stock tyres...or for ground clearance use 185....r15.....dont go above.....
