While driving steering wheel icon with exclamation mark icon appear for few second 1-2 then disappear?

Aslam o alikum all !
I have suzuki alto eco idle Jdm 2014 model. Tomorrow i start car and then wear seat belt then ECO IDLE was ON and i drive 1 km and i apply break then engine was OFF because ECO IDLE was ON , so when engine was off i press button ECO IDLE OFF then when i remove foot from break padle then my car not start and also all dashabord lights, multimedia all power off and car was not starting.
I open bonut and check fuses and press fuses then my car dashabord will be ON and car started.

But now, somes times not every time on dashabord power steering wheel icon with exclamation mark turn on few seconds like 1-2 second then disappear and during appear sign steering control will be chnage i feel.
Its rarely some times like if you drive 5-6 km then during driving may be appear one time may be not.

Where is issue??? I check fuse box and one fuse 15A look like burn but dont know where is issue.

stearing sign with esclamation indicate it to be power steering car.

second circle is hand brake sign. if glow continuously with out engaging hand brake.. indicating issue with brake system... like low level of brake oil.

fuse covering look melted. but fuse not burnt. check on box for this fuse utilisation.

that fuse is not melted, someone used a wrong shaped tool to pull it.

Your car is suffering from loss of standby power or the system is dipping down voltage to less than 12.1V - which will cause reset on the EPS and ABS too.

Thanks for all response,, but its too strange which i did. Some one suggest that you just remove both terminal of battery and put it again , this will reset the computer system.
Same i did, and now i drive 5-10 kms , both signs not appear any time.
Its not brake oil low level or something. Its strange, how is this?????
Why car dashabord lights, multimedia , even centeral locking OFF, when car stop and i disable eco idle when eco idle was on then all things gone and car not started and i open bonut and then press all fuses then battery power in all car system. how is this?????

sir, i replace new OSAKA battery , just 3-4 months ago, all things headlights etc working fine.
By the way please let me know how can i check that car is charging battery or not??? every thing is fine then how less then 12.0 v, even all things fine???

i have not, and also i m not able to visit out of city workshop which is about 80-100 kms, tell me desi jugaar ko check charging system? but i think its working otherwise how its possible to run battery 2-3 months without charging?
