White smoke emitting from santro Club 2005 model

Brothers i have santro club 2005. Some 5-6 years back when i was new driver i did not check radiator water and ends up with my car heated up.
Now from past 1 year white smoke is coming out and it keeps on increasing.
Please guide me on this.

brother coolent kam nahe ho raha and i think oil be kam nahe ho raha bcoz mainay last month he oil change karwaya ha and i have ben changing oil from this person since last 3-4 years. If there is less oil he would have told me.
Still i can verify that.
