Who are allowed to drive a ncp vehicle?

these vehicles are allowed in tribal areas becauase the political administration in these areas are most corrupt and they allow not only ncp vehicles but also stolen vehicles. but ncp vehicles are little expensive than stolen one. i my self belong to trible area.

I belong to Malakand agency 16 kms away from dargai in a valley and the people are not corrupt. which tribe u belong to BTW? u leave a car with a key in it n park it in my village ( i can guarantee u my area only) and come after a year it will be there all what u have to do is tell the cheif ur leaving it here as amanat. NCP cars are registered with LEVIS (the tribal poilce in black qamees shalwar) according to there area.

I am also from Malakand Agency, and whenever i go to my area, and I parked my car on main GT road for the whole night, I sleep tightly all the night with no worries

But can not do this smartness in any other area except Malakand Agency, District Dir, and Swat. because i know the area well, there is no stolen car scenes there in my area.
