i want to know who can drive a non custom paid vehicle in pakistan?

no one is allowed to drive a ncp vehicles in Pakistan. but some areas like swat,quetta and in FATA large number of ncp vehicles are with peoples.

Only GILLANI,s KIANI,s Sharif,s Lugari,s Maqdoom,s Jattoi,s Pir,s as well as nawab,s and all govt official,s can use these cars as they want other then these people ordinary person no matter how disable are strictly prohibited to drive and own these cars

in malakand agency its legal by Govt. for EVERYONE and it must be as it was the condition to become a part of Pakistan in 47 that there will be no tax on our property else we will not be part of Pakistan on which they agreed. and i explained in detail
why in my posts somewhere.

these vehicles are allowed in tribal areas becauase the political administration in these areas are most corrupt and they allow not only ncp vehicles but also stolen vehicles. but ncp vehicles are little expensive than stolen one. i my self belong to trible area.

Either you don't belong to tribal area, or you have never read the history of tribal areas. please read the history, read why NCP are allowed? OR try to lodge a complaint at the office of political agent of your area, and he will explain why NCP cars are allowed and legal.:S.

Just typing on a public forums will not solve the problem of stolen vehicles, you have to go and talk to your area administrator, and struggle against stolen cars.

yes fata is consider tax free zone but why government impose taxes on many other things just allowing ncp cars does not make any sense.

Tax not only means Sales tax. the people are waived off only in the custom duty, not in sales tax, or withholding tax or income tax. we have to pay all other taxes, whether these are in the form of electricity bills, or toothpaste pack.
