I am planning Karachi-Naran-Karachi hopefully in December by Road. I will be travelling with family Wife, 8 years old Son, 3 years old Daughter and 3 Months daughter.

The trip is planned on Honda City 2011 (Petrol-MT). I need suggestions from those who have experienced the trip on 2x2, Like:

Is it feasible to drive all the way on 2 wheel drive?
Is December ok to travel for Naran?
Road conditions?
Any Comments and suggestions are gladly welcomed.

Suggest something in Thailand other than beaches. I have been to Bangkok already.

So far I am unable to shortlist any place.

I will not recommend this trip during Dec WITH kids. I along with my friend tried it during first week of Jan this year and we could only manage going to Kaghan valley. It was soooo cold and challenging to sleep even inside a hotel room. Dhabba owner in Kaghan had to heat his LPG cylinder to make it work. So you will take your kids during winter?

Then I was back in July with my family. Roads are exceptionally good but there are some bad patches near Paras and mostly between Kaghan and Naran but not a big issue, just drive patiently.

Very well said brother. Exactly why I am double minded:S, with the same amount of money I can have three luxurious trips to north of my beautiful Pakistan.

But stepping on a foreign land for tourism has its own nusha!

Bhai Thailand is a big and diverse country. When I was in Bangkok back in 2007, only thing I know much about Thailand was "Bangkok is Thailand and Thailand is Bangkok". This stupid thinking crept into my mind after listening to "deengayan" of "pharaybaz" sort of my Pakistani brothers.

starting from first, Kalar Kahar Lake view, 2 Shah Jees farm house, Choha Saidan shah, 3 my village Basharat, flowing water stream is called Sikki, and the Turquoise color water pond with a old fort is a historical fort in my village name Katas Fort.....
