Its a first hand information, by chance I met a person who was an engineer and part of the team who established Crown Lifan manufacturing plant in Karachi near to Yamaha motorcycle plant.
So as per him every spare provided by CRLF is now locally manufactured. May be the word 'Every' here might not fully true but it is confirmed that the plant is now locally built and manufacturing has started last year.
