Why do all japanese car have speedometer till 180kmph

Does someone has any exception where a Japenese Manufactured car has more than 180 KPH speedometer?

180 KPH is quite a high speed limit if indeed it is the maximum allowed speed limit...

khyber ka bhi speedometer 200kmph tak ha but on petrol it goes maximum at 170 kmph!

Limiting the speed to 180 km/h has nothing to do with a law. Obviously its crap? Why would you want to limit speed at 180? For safety? Are you kidding? Who would survive an accident at 180? Plus, its already illegal to accede 100 Km/h in Japan.

its law in japan to limit the car at 180 km/h . Even Germans limit their cars at 250km/h now . You ll notice that Japenese vehical being produced in other countries or specifically for other countries will not have speedometer of 180 km/h .
For example , Land Cruiser being impoted from Japan have meter of 180 km/h while the one being imported from Dubai have speedometer of 220 km/h . Its the ECU which limits the car to 180 km/h .
