Why do all japanese car have speedometer till 180kmph

Thankyou. Sadly had to let it go shortly after i bought it , cousin liked it and he is like a big brother so couldn't say no. The car is still with him ,it still shine's and smell's like a new car. Never abused , Nicely maintained and On Petrol. No CNG abuse either.

i guess not all japanese car but all japanese toyota rides have the speedometer till 180. we have ssr graded surf 2.8 , even it s speedometer is till 180 kph and it itouches 180 on motorway in 10 seconds

r u mad honda accord also has speedo till 180km/h and for ur imformation every japnese even its a nissan,lexus ls aur anything have limited to 180km/k rx8,skyline have also speedlimiter
