Since we have complete retards filled up majorly in the country who cant understand plain simple English, this is what happens.
And please dont give the English isnt our mother language. Ive been in Pakistan all my life, normal urdu speaking family and thats all I speak at home. Matric level tak they DO teach you pretty darn good english, just need to give a bit of interest.
