Why is there a huge difference in prices of parts between dealership and other shops

Hi. Please tell me as i really want to know.
Today i visited Honda 3S Dealership and asked for Brake Pads.
They told me 31200 (New).
It was so huge that i returned home. Later i went to a reputable shop in Faisalabad. Nawab Autos. They told me that they have original and genuine brake pads of honda city 2015.
And they told me 18000 (New).
I even checked pakwheels autostore. And there are many people offering those in 18000. 18500.

I want to ask why is there such a huge difference between dealerships and outside dealerships regarding parts.I can't understand how!!!

Honda 3S has to sell on official prices decided by Honda . The parts are guaranteed by Honda . The price also includes overheads cost also.

Any other supplier doesn't give guarantee and also overhead cost is negligible

Parts from dealership are guaranteed to be original. We have no guarantee of originality from other shops.

dealership buy parts from OEM the applicable taxes are paid part(s) guaranteed to be genuine.
open market importers evade taxes and do all possible tactics to cheat with import duties. thus their prices tend to be marginally lower then the oem dealership.

@expert The shopkeeper said. It's genuine and even wrote and stamped on the receipt. He said, as it's original and if someone said it's copy or fake. you can return it and wrote it onto the receipt.
I took it to some experts (Multiple) and they said it's original.

What do you think about that?

bro, simple hai, dealerships have to calculate their expenses of running their business, salaries of employees, etc. and then charge all of that on their service cost + parts.. a shop owner on the other hand does not have such hefty amounts to spend on employees or other expenses as a dealership does.
