Why is there no Audi a3 2021 available in Pakistan

I have been looking for audi a3 facelift model , 2021 but i am unable to find that.

Is there any specific reason for that? I have also checked , its currently around 17k USD in Japan , can someone suggest how much would it cost to import if i involve any experienced importer?
