Why my honda city averge too low 6-8km only

Hi i recently buy honda city 2021
Milage is 75k
I did not go to any mechanic or honda center yet

Im getting 6-7km in city
And 9 on long

What could be issue my tyres are 195/65/15

check fuel filter. check spark plugs. they were original ngk with specific number and correct gap. i.e 1.3mm.
clean manifold and injectors and do tappet adjustment at 75k honda engine needs tappet adjustment if not done previously. and last catconveter.
