Why Non Custom Paid Cars not allowed to be advertized here?

This rule needs to be reviewed.
NCP cars are legally allowed to be used and traded in all tribal areas of Pakistan as well as Gilgit and Chitral region. There should be a separate section for NCPs and it should clearly mark that these cars are to be sold and used in Tax free zones only.
This is an unintentional discrimination by the owners/admins of this website. We must have a debate on this and the rule may well be changed/ reviewed.

Its not how you define the term. They are legal in one part of the country if you want to count that as part of your country. The legal use of tax free cars in Tribal areas and Gilgit is endorsed by the supreme court of Pakistan in its decision. And this piece of info might not be new for you all that there is a proper procedure to register these cars in their respective agencies/ districts. So the point in we should have either a separate section for NCPs ( registered) or it should be marked with every ad of NCP that this car is for sale and use in Tax free area only ( which is perfectly legal).

Anyhow its also a point that tribal area people don't use net a lot for buying selling but reality is that discussing NCP cars and their ads etc is not an illegal act on pakwheels because it wil be ridiculous to create another website for NCP cars etc...
And for car lovers, here are vast variety of automobiles in NCP which one love to see and to get know their prices..
It must be considered.

I dont have a link for that notification but you can get contact numbers of DCOs and Political Agents ( Chief Administrators for tribal agencies) and confirm if they register these cars or not. Even any SHO of a police station there can also confirm because the numbers assigned to these cars are according to respective the police station for example the person residing in Sakhakot ( Malakand) will get his car number as PS xxxx( Police station sakhakot).

There is a famous principal in the law "Ignorantia juris non excusat " which means ignorance of the law is not an excuse :-D. I am surprised that most of us seem to have no knowledge about our tribal areas. Please refer to the treaties signed between the government of Pakistan and the tribal areas. They agreed to be part of Pakistan with some conditions. And one of those conditions is that those areas will remain tax free. There is no general sales tax or with holding tax imposed on telefone bills / electricity bills / gas bills in tribal areas. For the Pak wheelers there is a simple example. You might have seen a lot of big and costly wheels like land cruisers, mercs and others ( in settled areas like Islamabad) with registration number of Swat, Buner and Dir etc. Why is it so? You save alot while registering a big vehicle in a tax free zone as there is no tax part of the registration fee.

NCP's cars registered in tribal areas cannot be brought to rest of Pakistan without paying taxes.If it is not so then Y can't anybody go to such areas buy a car in thousands there, instead of paying millions here, and bring it to rest of Pakistan.

Don't know about tribal areas but yes AJK is tax free zone so legal cars with ajk registration are tax free and u can see them traveling around u

Ajeeb. Bhai we are talking about the Law and constitution of Pakistan, not tribal practices. NCP Cars and bikes and public transport is LEGALY ALLOWED in all FATA/ PATA and some FANA (Now Gilgit Baltistan) region and all FR regions.
