Why pintle hook color red?

In recondition suvs I always find pintle hook black colored or chromed one but in Pakistan I have seen army sold land cruisers always have red color hooks is any reason? is this color shows anything or is it color code for something if anyone know about this please write down about it.

Pakistan military code is to have a bright red pintle hitch - I forgot the name of the actual colour but its a very specific one.

Just like their vehicular green is some ancient shade of brunswick green (I think from the early ww2 british tanks or so)

yes its true that eveb differential oil drain bolts are red in color too
